Something wrong? Write to a person

Every app under the SnowyLakes name is written, released and maintained by the same people who read this address. There is no support tier, no ticket number and no bot in front of it.

Before you write

Four things that make a bug fixable

None of this is required — a one-line message is a perfectly good report. These four just remove the round trip where we write back asking for them.

01

The app, the version, the phone

Which app, which version of it, and which device and OS you're on. A bug that only exists in one build is the easiest kind to fix and the hardest kind to find.

02

What you did, in order

The sequence matters more than the description. Three short steps that reproduce it are worth more than a paragraph about it.

03

What you expected, and what happened

Both halves. A report with only the second one leaves us guessing at which of the two was actually wrong.

04

A screenshot, if you can

Or a few seconds of screen recording. One picture of the real screen usually settles what a paragraph describing it cannot.

Send only what the report needs. The app, the steps and the screen are enough — nobody here will ever ask you for a password or a payment detail.

What happens next

There is no queue to be in

Support here is not a department. Your mail is read by the people who wrote the app, rather than by a first line whose job is to decide whether to pass it to them.

Which is also why this page carries no response-time promise. It would be the easiest thing to write here and the hardest thing to keep, and nothing on this site is allowed to be a claim we cannot stand behind.

The person reading your report is the person who can change the code.

Per app

Support for each app

Every app has its own page covering how it works, and the ones whose data handling differs from the site-wide policy carry their own. The email links below prefill the subject line with the app's name.

One address

Every app, every question

Whatever it's about, and whichever app it's about, it goes to the same place.
